You will participate in setup to finished product, operate tools, and support quality, with training provided and a clear path to higher pay through our Pay for Skills program.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Willingness to learn and operate basic hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Setting up molds and assembling rebar cages.
• Pouring, finishing, and inspecting precast concrete products.
• Operating hand and power tools and precision measuring devices.
• Safely operating mobile equipment and cranes.
