You’ll be involved from setup to finished product, including molds, rebar cages, pouring, finishing, and inspections. Training is provided, with clear pay progression and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Willingness to learn and operate basic hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up molds and assemble components like rebar cages.
• Pour, finish, and inspect precast concrete products.
• Operate hand/power tools and precision measuring devices.
• Safely run mobile equipment and cranes.
• Work around suspended loads and elevated platforms.
• Support general labor tasks and special projects as needed.
