Job summary

As a precast plant team member, you will prepare forms and molds, set up molds, place reinforcement, and finish concrete while maintaining a safe, clean work area. We value reliability, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with carpentry and use of hand tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday year-round.

Responsibilities

• Prepare precast forms and molds for manufacturing concrete products.
• Open or remove forms from hardened concrete and strip molds.
• Set up and finish concrete in various precast forms.
• Place reinforcement and embeds as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Operate hand tools and basic carpentry tasks.
