Oldcastle Infrastructure in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking a hands-on production worker to join our precast concrete team. You will safely operate forms and molds, prepare steel forms, and contribute to quality products produced year-round in our plant.

This non-exempt role includes potential overtime and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in concrete or construction environment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and communicate with team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly.

Responsabilités

• Set up concrete forms
• Strip and clean concrete forms and products
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete
• Perform basic carpentry skills
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis
