Qualifications

• 3+ years of phlebotomy and/or specimen processing experience preferred.
• Experience with specimen handling, labeling, accessioning, and processing required.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-analytical processing of laboratory specimens.
• Accurately receive, label, and prepare specimens for testing.
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff to resolve specimen or order issues.
