Job summary

Staffing Support Specialists is seeking a Pre-Weigh Technician in Port Washington, WI to support the Compounding Department. You will prepare and stage raw ingredients, ensuring correct measurements, proper documentation, and safe handling before each batch.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekend rotations. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and accurately record material usage while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Experience reading batch sheets.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience documenting in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret batch sheets to identify required raw ingredients, quantities, and sequencing.
• Pull raw materials from containers such as drums, totes, and bags.
• Accurately weigh and measure raw ingredients as specified on batch sheets.
• Calculate tare weights to ensure correct net weights.
• Stage pre-weighed ingredients for use by Compounders.
• Record materials pulled and remaining quantities in inventory logs.
• Maintain legible records on batch sheets and logs.
• Ensure documentation is real-time and accurate.
