Job summary

Reliance Vitamin, LLC in Edison, NJ is seeking a Level 1 Pre-Weigh Technician to organize, weigh, and document raw materials for production. You will use pre-weigh tools, calibrated scales, and Deacom software to record weights, lot numbers, and quantities in accordance with approved formulas and cGMP.

You will collaborate with Receiving, Warehouse, Blending, and Manufacturing to prepare materials for production, follow batch records and SOPs, and maintain a clean, safe pre-weigh area with

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills for weights and measurements.
• Ability to read and understand batch records and SOPs.
• Proficient in basic computer use and documentation.
• Knowledge of cGMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read batch records, SOPs, and pick lists.
• Process work orders and review schedules with Lean Kit.
• Verify material identity using labels and lot numbers.
• Weigh raw materials and record in batch records and Deacom.
• Label materials and document inventory transactions.
• Maintain organized pre-weigh areas and PPE compliance.
