Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS/ML or related field.
• Strong software engineering skills with building complex systems.
• Experience with Python and DL frameworks (PyTorch preferred).
• Familiarity with large-scale ML, language models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and implement solutions in model architecture, algorithms, data processing, and optimizer development.
• Independently lead small research projects with team collaboration.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments to advance LM understanding.
• Optimize and scale training infrastructure for efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and improve dev tooling to boost productivity.
• Contribute to the full stack from low-level to model design.
