Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Georgia is offering a 30-day trainee program that leads into an 18-month Technician Development Program. You will work alongside experienced technicians, learn basic auto body repair, and gain hands-on experience in dent removal, sanding, and painting under supervision.

The role requires 18+ years, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a strong interest in the automotive industry. A path to growth and structured training is provided.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Some on-the-job experience is preferred.
  • I-CAR Gold Class preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in basic auto body repairs under supervision.
  • Learn to use tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and plan repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team to meet timelines and quality standards.
