Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney for its Naples, Florida office. The role focuses on pre-litigation matters in personal injury and general liability, with mentoring from experienced attorneys.

You will handle daily pre-litigation work, guide clients through the case process, draft and file documents, oversee settlement negotiations, and lead a team of 6–10 Case Managers while driving KPIs and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
• 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive.
• Drive compliance and KPIs among the team.
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
