Job summary

Technical Source is seeking a PSSR Coordinator to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing build in Lebanon, Indiana. This long-term contract role requires on-site work and offers the opportunity to lead safety reviews, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with design and PSM requirements.

Ideal candidates will have a BS in a relevant field, 3+ years in pharma/biotech, experience with MOC/HAZOP, and CSP/ASP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Health & Safety, or related field.
• 3+ years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience with MOC, HAZOP, What-If, and other risk assessment methodologies.
• CSP/ASP certification and/or plant shutdown, outage, or TAR experience preferred.

Technical Source is currently in search of a PSSR Coordinator for an engineering firm that services the pharmaceutical industry. This specific role will support a new pharmaceutical manufacturing build in the Lebanon, Indiana area. It is a long-term contract opportunity that will require on-site work. Expected duration for the project is 2+ years.
