Job summary

Building Blocks Learning Center seeks dedicated Teachers to support children’s growth from infancy through early childhood in Scranton. You will help create a positive classroom environment, implement engaging lesson plans, and partner with families to support each child’s progress.

Responsibilities include planning engaging lessons, promoting development through play, and documenting progress while maintaining a safe learning space. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience working with children.
• Strong understanding of child development and early education practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for early childhood education.
