Responsibilities

As a Pre School Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Structuring a learning environment that promotes child health and safety
• Planning and leading classroom instruction that is developmentally appropriate and meets the needs of children
• Actively engaging with families to ensure parents/caregivers are knowledgeable about the child's program
• Implementing a developmentally appropriate daily schedule, including the incorporation of transitions and age-appropriate opportunities
• Creating a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for students that is conducive to learning
• Supporting implementation of behavior plans and/or IFSP/IEP goals, as appropriate

Requirements

• BA in ECE (Early Childhood Education) or related field - Study Plan Eligible
• 1+ years of experience in early childhood education
