Qualifications

Strong leadership and communication skills in a supervisory setting.

Customer service and relationship-building skills.
Moderate computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and Excel).
Understanding of Team Central's programs and services.
First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

Provide regular coaching, feedback and mentorship to staff.
Assist in identifying, recruiting, and hiring staff who align with the company's culture and values.
Maintain consistent instructional quality across all classes.
Ensure curriculum supports athlete progress, confidence, fun and self-esteem.
Maintain a strong department safety record and ensure staff are properly trained in all injury and emergency procedures.
Support enrollment growth and retention within the department.
Support marketing initiatives, events, and community outreach opportunities.
Build positive relationships with athletes and families.
