Responsibilities

• Lead and build a well-trained team focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Enforce GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, and SQF standards across production.
• Monitor production performance to meet or exceed targets.
• Coordinate with QA to address food safety and quality issues.
• Supervise changeovers and ensure proper pre-scale and ingredient handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, compliant production floor.
