We are seeking an experienced Solution Engineering, Sr. Manager to join our Pre-Sales team. If you have a background in designing transformation and innovative solutions exceeding $50M in Digital Workplace and Enterprise Services, we want to hear from you! This role involves strategic individual contribution, staying current with market trends, and bringing innovative solutions to clients.

What will you do?
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers in pre-sales activities, opportunity identification, solution definition, and positioning.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure delivery aligns with sales commitments.
  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels to understand and articulate complex business and technical issues, overcoming objections and highlighting solution benefits.
  • Develop scope of work documents, investigate client needs, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and develop tailored solutions and value propositions.
  • Present Stefanini's capabilities to prospective clients, support proposal development, and assist in presenting solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members, develop industry and company knowledge, and design innovative, market-competitive solutions.
What do you need to succeed?
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Technology (preferred).
  • 10+ years of solution consulting experience in infrastructure delivery, Digital Workplace Management, or Enterprise Services.
  • Proven experience in managing large, complex solutions over $50M, with strong communication skills tailored to executive audiences.
  • Ability to develop and articulate technical concepts in simple business language, with a consultative, solution-selling approach.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with a growth mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio; certifications like PMP, ISO20K, ITIL are a plus; design thinking experience is beneficial.
