We're looking for a Security & Compliance Architect to support sales to the Department of War/Department of Defence , as well as other national security and defense agencies. This is a highly technical, customer-facing pre-sales role where most of the impact comes directly from helping defense customers securely adopt Salesforce's PaaS and SaaS offerings.
The ideal candidate has a strong desire to combine technical depth with sales skill — the ability to solicit business requirements, build a technical sales strategy, and demonstrate solutions that deliver real business value, often via configuration or light coding tailored to the audience.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $173,460 - $231,980 annually There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $190,750 - $255,150 per year.
