Job summary

KOMPAN U.S. is seeking a Pre-Sales Coordinator in Austin, TX to manage playground project proposals from sales reps. You will review requests, coordinate with vendors for installation and surfacing estimates, and prepare accurate quotes and scopes of work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination or operations within construction or playground industries.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Experience with pricing/margin calculations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create proposals for playground and fitness projects, including scope and site work.
• Coordinate with installers and vendors to obtain quotes and services.
• Prepare final quotes using ERP systems, ensuring accurate data on costs and margins.
• Manage project data in ERP and CRM systems and support sales teams.
