As we scale, were looking for a dynamic Sales and Support Engineer who can bridge technical expertise with client-facing communication to drive value across the sales and post-sales journey.

Role Overview
As a Sales and Support Engineer, you will work closely with our business development, product, and engineering teams to engage with prospects, onboard new customers, and ensure ongoing success. You 'll provide product demonstrations, handle technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and act as a trusted advisor to both prospects and existing clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales Support
    • Assist the sales team in client meetings and product demos
    • Translate client needs into technical solutions and tailor demos accordingly
    • Support RFPs and technical documentation
  • Post-Sales Support
    • Onboard new customers, ensure successful implementation, and address any technical challenges
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams for feature requests, enhancements, or issues
    • Provide timely troubleshooting and support (email, calls, video sessions)
  • Product Knowledge & Training
    • Maintain deep knowledge of our products and services
    • Conduct training sessions for clients or internal teams
  • Customer Success
    • Foster long-term relationships with customers by understanding their business goals and aligning our solutions
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and advocate for continuous improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical sales or support role , US Shift
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS or AI/ML-based products is a plus
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, Section 508) is a bonus but not mandatory
