Sencore, Inc. is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer internship in our Sales department. The role provides hands-on experience with Sencore products and troubleshooting alongside the ProCare team.

The intern will assist Account Managers and help customers throughout the technology evaluation stage of the sales cycle. Under the Pre‑sales Manager’s guidance, the intern will build foundational knowledge of Sencore’s product line and gain real‑world exposure to how technical expertise supports sales.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program within Electronics Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or similar related field of study.
• Strong personal performance traits, such as communications, dependability, extra effort, problem solving/troubleshooting, etc.
• Personal and/or Server Computer hardware troubleshooting, IP networking, and programming experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers and support customers throughout the technology evaluation stage.
• Work with Sales and ProCare teams under the guidance of the Pre‑sales Manager.
• Build foundational knowledge of Sencore’s product line while gaining real‑world exposure to how technical expertise supports the sales cycle.
