Job summary

WatchGuard Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Endpoint Solutions Specialist based in Miami, FL to drive revenue by accelerating cross-sell opportunities with the partner ecosystem. You will combine pre-sales expertise with commercial ownership to identify and progress opportunities.

You will demonstrate WatchGuard Identity-Based Zero Trust solutions, partner with Account Managers, maintain pipeline, and coordinate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Support to close deals across North America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre-sales technical experience with partner-facing capability.
• Comfort with endpoint security fundamentals and SASE concepts like zero trust access.
• Effective written/verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to run discovery and translate requirements into solution recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in WatchGuard Identity-Based Zero Trust solutions and demonstrate how the platform enables MSPs to deliver identity-based access and cloud-delivered security.
• Position WatchGuard solutions at a general level to benefit managed services teams with a simplified, automated approach.
• Act as an internal product evangelist/advocate and share best practices with Account Managers.
• Maintain and report an accurate pipeline, including weekly forecasting and opportunity updates to management.
• Coordinate inter-departmental resources to help close opportunities when needed.
• Serve as an expert on one to three product areas to enable depth in demos and value-based positioning.
• This position is based in the WatchGuard office in Miami, FL and covers all of North America.
