Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and business needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, serving as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with sales executives to design and document tailored solutions for partners
- Scope and document technical solutions, including project plans and timelines
- Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs, and assist with security questionnaire responses
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 5 years of pre-sales engineering or consulting experience in fraud or financial crime technology
- At least 5 years of experience working with channel partners or alliances
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a thorough understanding of the fraud prevention landscape
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise architectures and AI solutions
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
- Knowledge of security frameworks and cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create customized market-facing presentations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovative technology
