Compensation Range: 185,000 USD - 251,900 USD

Meet the Team

Your Impact

As a CCaaS Solutions Engineer, your main responsibility is to provide technical guidance and presales support for Cisco Customer Engagement sales in the Enterprise sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Presales Architects as part of a stellar team.
  • Support CCaaS Sales Specialists and General Account teams with opportunity support, business development, and partner mentoring.
  • Promote the value of CCaaS, CPaaS, AI, WFO, Platform and Journey as a Service, and broader Cisco offerings.
  • Conduct technical discovery, requirements gathering, and architectural design to demonstrate how Cisco technologies can optimize business processes.
  • Design and deliver solutions and demos that focus on business impact rather than just technology.
  • Support proof of concept or trial phases to achieve customer outcomes and technical closure.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of Consulting or Pre-Sales Engineering experience.
  • Deep technical knowledge of CCaaS, CPaaS, or other cloud communication technologies in a presales role.
  • Strong understanding of Contact Center solutions, both on-premises and cloud-based.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience migrating customers from premise-based to cloud solutions.
  • Experience with AI, CRM, WFO, Customer Journey as a Service.
