  • Estimating effort and timelines, and responding to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Providing industry best practice recommendations to influence product development.
  • Supporting knowledge sharing and training sessions.
  • Staying informed about banking standards, regulations, and industry practices.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in commercial banking, credit, pre-sales, customer success, or consulting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lending, underwriting, risk rating, and portfolio management.
  • Experience with credit risk assessment in C&I, CRE, or Agriculture sectors.
  • Experience with commercial lending software is preferred.
  • Ability to lead client discussions and coach clients on solutions and industry best practices.
  • Highly organized, curious, attentive to detail, proactive in process improvements.
  • Creative thinking and ability to translate client needs into functional requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building experience.
  • Proficiency in proposal creation for executive stakeholders, and familiarity with Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements.
  • Knowledge of Moody’s solutions (CreditLens, RiskCalc, etc.) is a plus.
  • Technical skills in C#, SQL, report writing, Generative AI, or banking systems are a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish or French is a plus.

For US-based roles: the salary range is $118,300 - $171,700, depending on experience and other factors. The role includes incentive compensation and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and more.
