Job summary

DynaDome, Crown Point, IN, seeks an Architectural Visualization and BIM Specialist to shape project visuals for pre-sale opportunities. You will build accurate models and renderings in Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Rhino, aligning with sales needs and architectural standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in 3D modeling and visualization in AEC/design-build.
• Proficiency in Revit and at least two of: 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino or similar.
• Strong portfolio showing exterior, interior and contextual renderings.
• Working knowledge of construction terminology and how buildings go together.
• Experience building and managing reusable content libraries (families, components, materials, templates).
• Strong organizational skills with multiple concurrent requests and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 3D models and visual deliverables in Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Rhino for sales opportunities.
• Create photo-realistic renderings and walkthroughs using V-Ray, Lumion, or comparable tools.
• Iterate on models quickly based on sales feedback and evolving requirements.
• Translate sketches, site information, and inputs into accurate visual representations of DynaDome solutions.
• Prepare visual assets for proposals, client presentations, and internal reviews.
• Partner with the sales team to understand opportunity context and visual storytelling needs.
• Manage a pipeline of modeling requests across multiple opportunities, balancing speed and quality.
• Contribute to internal pursuit meetings and design reviews to strengthen sales narratives.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimating, and project teams to ensure feasibility of models.
• Build and maintain an internal modeling knowledge base and reusable asset library.
