Job description

A Pre-Sale Brand Ambassador is the driving force behind the New Club Opening process. When we enter a new market, our Pre-Sale Brand Ambassadors work within the community to build excitement and interest in the upcoming club opening. By partnering with local businesses and canvassing the surrounding area the Pre-Sale Ambassador team will work towards generating new member leads while being a prime example of the Crunch Fitness brand.

Position Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile
• Introduce the Crunch Fitness brand to the community in the months leading up to the gym’s grand opening
• Identify potential leads and sign up new members both in the pre-opening membership office and in the field through guerilla marketing tactics
• Represent Crunch Fitness at various community events; participate in “street team” activities (i.e. field promotions, direct lead engagement special events)
• Ensure our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the office and off-site locations
• Set the positive energy and tone for teammates and prospective members
• Participate in daily pre-opening activity planning
• Tours potential members around the club with the goal of signing up the person for a membership
• Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner
