Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Pre-roll Machine Operator to join our processing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, servicing, and maintaining an automated pre-roll machine, helping us maintain a high level of quality control and ensure compliance with all state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated pre-roll machine and ensure it is operating at peak efficiency.
• Communicate issues that may arise to the facility manager.
• Grind, sift, and mix infused products.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as lifting boxes, general assembly, and breaking down cardboard.
• Help maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Quality control all pre-rolls that come off the machine.
• Package and label pre-rolls quickly and efficiently while adhering to all compliance regulations.
• Track and input production metrics accurately.
• Collaborate with appropriate parties to troubleshoot any issues with the machine’s performance.
• Inform Facility Manager of necessary parts or components to fix the machine when necessary.
• Communicate issues that arise to Facility Manager and collaborate on appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

• Handy or mechanically inclined preferred.
• Must be able to work at one station for an extended period.
• Ability to work as a team and independently.
• Ability to meet quotas set by facility manager.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Ability to multitask.
• Personal accountability pertaining to work quality and attendance.

Additional Skills/Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to utilize tools/equipment to mechanically repair and arrange parts to a large machine.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions while working at one station for an extended period.
