Qualifications

• Background in composites manufacturing and assembly/fitting processes is essential.
• Pre-preg assembly/fitting experience, including hand trimming parts and using hand tools.
• Thorough understanding of composite materials and quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Production of automotive parts using pre-preg composites.
• Adherence to validated process cycles and TAKT times.
• Maintain high quality standards on all composite components.
• Support Team Leader with prioritising work and activities.
• Contribute to training and development of team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
