Akshar Staffing seeks an experienced Hardware Validation Engineer to support customer validation boards through pre- and post-silicon bring-up, power validation, and hardware debugging in Austin, TX.

This role includes board bring-up and debugging, validating I2C, SPI, UART and other low‑speed interfaces, testing voltage regulator circuits, and supporting PDVT/EDVT validation activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality customer results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware board bring-up and debugging experience.
• Experience with validating I2C, SPI, UART and other low-speed interfaces.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills; able to lead validation activities; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware board bring-up and debugging.
• Support pre- and post-silicon validation activities.
• Perform Power Validation at both board and silicon levels.
• Validate low-speed interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, etc.
• Test and debug voltage regulator circuits.
• Support PDVT and EDVT validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues.
• Lead validation activities and ensure quality customer deliverables.
