Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school or professional nursing.
• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent preoperative, PreOp, or PACU experience.

• Educate patients and families about the surgical process.
• Monitor patients’ vitals and review medical histories.

What You’ll Do

• As a Preoperative RN, you’ll assess patients before surgery, ensuring they’re fully prepared for their procedures.


• Educate patients and their families about the surgical process, answering any questions and providing reassurance.


• Monitor patients’ vitals, review medical histories, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and safe experience.
