Job summary

PACIFIC CATARACT & LASER INSTITUTE is seeking a Part-time on-call Registered Nurse (RN) in Bellevue, WA to oversee pre- and post-operative activities and ensure a safe, smooth patient flow through admission, anesthesia, and discharge.

The role requires state RN licensure, CPR certification, and excellent communication and teamwork. Schedule is Monday-Thursday, with on-call hours; benefits include profit sharing and a 401(k) match. Remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• RN state licensure required for the state(s) practiced.
• CPR certification required; ACLS optional.
• Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate all pre- and post-op activities.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment during admission, anesthesia, and discharge.
• Coordinate with TLC, Surgery, Clinic and other departments; report to Site Manager and Corporate Surgery Manager.
