Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day managerial functions of the unit, including staffing and scheduling.
• Hire and counsel employees and manage disciplinary processes with proper documentation.
• Provide clinical leadership and ensure safe, evidence-based nursing care on the unit.
• Mentor staff and supervise procedural practices to ensure quality patient care.
• Communicate with physicians/offices for procedural needs and manage resources.
