We are seeking experienced Mainline Service Technicians to join our team! Our technicians play a critical role in the customer’s vehicle ownership experience, providing reliable, expert maintenance services and repairs. This role requires a high level of technical expertise; successful candidates are methodical, analytical and precise. Mainline Service Technicians work closely with Service Advisors and the Parts Department, and report to the Service Director.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs to vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Communicate additional services needed to the Service Advisor, providing an estimate of time needed to complete additional repairs
  • Execute work specified on the repair order per dealership standards
  • Complete warranty repair work in compliance with manufacturer specifications

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2+ years of automotive service technician experience
  • ASE and/or manufacturer certifications are a huge plus!
  • Demonstrates thorough workmanship coupled with strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • General computer skills
  • Must have your own tools
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must pass apre-employment drug screening and a background check
