Job summary

Trinity Health Livonia in Michigan is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time rotating-shift role. The hospital provides comprehensive acute care services and a supportive team environment.

The RN will manage patient care, coordinate and evaluate care, teach and delegate activities to the health care team, using nursing processes.

A BSN is preferred; an active Michigan RN license and BLS are required; opportunities for growth and residency programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• BSN is preferred; willingness to pursue within five years.
• Current RN licensure in Michigan required.
• BLS certification required.
• Prior medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency and strong customer service skills are required.
• ICU/critical care experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• The RN is accountable for the management of patient care during a designated timeframe; coordinates and evaluates care with the team.
• Teaching and delegation of patient activities to other health care team members via nursing processes and the environment.
