Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and skilledRegistered Nurse (RN) with a focus in Pre-Opto join our team. The RN will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, supporting our clinical team, and ensuring the highest standards of medical services. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient progress while conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Provide exceptional patient support through virtual/telephonic consultations, ensuring clear communication of preoperative instructions, risks, and expectations for new treatments to promote patient comfort and satisfaction
- Foster strong relationships with patients by delivering personalized education on wellness strategies and new treatments, gathering feedback to improve services, and ensuring a compassionate approach that aligns with the company's commitment to health optimization and wellness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless patient care, while proactively resolving any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels
- Demonstrate flexibility and attention to detail by managing multiple patient cases simultaneously in a fast-paced virtual environment, prioritizing tasks based on urgency, and contributing to process improvements as the company introduces new wellness initiatives
- Highly detail-oriented with a proven ability to handle complex preoperative tasks, such as reviewing patient histories and virtual health data with precision to ensure safe and effective care in a virtual setting
- Flexible and adaptable, with the capacity to thrive in a growing company by embracing change, while maintaininghigh standards of patient care
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Maintainaccurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license - Open outside of Texas
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a specific area, e.g., outpatient care, preventive care
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures, treatments, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
