Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• BSN is required as of 04/27/2025; BSN degree must be from an accredited institution and will be verified.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient, family, and team involvement, including education and referrals.
• Implement care by directing the interdisciplinary team, delegating tasks, and maintaining plan of care within licensure provisions.
• Evaluate patient responses and modify the plan as needed while ensuring timely documentation and safety.
• Promote professionalism, ethical standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous development.
