The RN has the responsibility to plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and implement all nursing care services for pre or post-surgical patients in accordance with accepted standards of care.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience as an RN in Preop/Pacu, Medical/Surgery or ICU unit.
  • Active RN license in the state.
  • BLS, current ACLS / PALS preferred.
  • Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
  • Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet patient and unit needs.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
