Openwork Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for Pre-Op/Post-Op care in Texas. You will prepare patients for surgery, monitor during the perioperative period, and provide high-quality postoperative care while collaborating with surgeons and anesthesiologists.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• Experience in preoperative and postoperative care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide preoperative patient assessments and prepare individuals for surgical procedures.
• Monitor patient status throughout the perioperative process, including vital signs and pain management.
• Provide postoperative care, wound assessment, and education.
• Document all patient interactions in compliance with guidelines.
• Communicate with patients, families, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support discharge planning and follow-up instructions.
