Gateway Surgery Center is looking for a top-performer with solid knowledge of Pre-operative and PACU/Recovery Nursing. Gateway Surgery Center is an outpatient surgical center specifically designed to provide endoscopic procedures in a comfortable and professional environment. This facility provides patients expanded services and convenient scheduling. This is a fast-paced environment that is driven to reach the highest quality and satisfaction outcomes.

Required Skills:

• Current PA Nursing License
• Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum 2-year experience in GI preferred
• Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptiveness to change, creativity, and innovation
• Ability to adapt to change quickly, with a strong knowledge base related to surgery procedures and management of the surgical patient
• Understands principles of aseptic technique and their implementation
• Experience working in an ASC environment preferred
• Must be team-oriented and patient-focused
