Job summary

Phelps Health is a growing Missouri hospital system seeking a dedicated RN to provide direct patient care across our Rolla campus and affiliated clinics. You will apply the nursing process, monitor patient status, administer medications, and educate patients and families in collaboration with the health care team.

Ideal candidates have a BSN preferred, current Missouri RN license (or compact state), and BLS; ACLS/PALS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license or compact state license.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• One year health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
• Educate patients and families and document care activities.
• Communicate with physicians and health care team to improve outcomes.
• Refer to safety policies and infection prevention standards.
