Position: Full-Time PreOp PACU Nurse

Job Summary: The RN Pre-op/PACU provides quality patient care using the nursing process, medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The role involves delivering safe, effective, and patient-family centered perioperative care across all patient populations. The RN Pre-op/PACU supports the organization's mission, vision, and values, reporting to the Manager of Peri-Operative Services.

Pay Range: Min: $42.86 to Max: $56.38
*Wages are determined based on qualifications and experience.*

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current Virginia Nursing License
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years experience in Pre-Op/PACU; ambulatory surgical setting preferred
• Strong surgical knowledge and patient management skills
• Understanding of aseptic techniques
• Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatrics
• Problem-solving and quick adaptation skills
• Excellent teaching, communication, and organizational skills
