Job Opportunity: United Surgical Partners International, Inc

Position: PRE-OP/PACU RN Full-time

Location: United Surgical Surgery Center in Tarzana, CA

The RN Pre-op/PACU provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The role involves safe, effective, and patient-family centered care in perioperative services for all patient populations. Reports to the Manager of Peri-Operative Services.

Hourly Range: $44 - $60 / hour

Wages are determined based on qualifications and experience.

Required Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current CA Nursing License
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Pre-Op/PACU; ambulatory surgical setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management
• Understanding of aseptic techniques
• Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatrics
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions
• Excellent teaching, communication, and organizational skills
• Professional and ethical behavior
• Effective teamwork and customer service skills
• Creativity, accountability, and openness to change
• Basic knowledge of Performance Improvement

Required Experience:
