Qualificações

• Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program preferred.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) strongly preferred at time of hire, required within 3 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assists nurses and doctors in caring for patients and supports patient care delivery by providing clerical services.
• Collects blood specimens by venipuncture or skin puncture and collects microbiological specimens.
• Performs phlebotomy duties with accurate labeling and timely transport to the laboratory.
• Obtains and records vitals and assists in patient transfer and discharge as directed by RN.
