Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to learn regulations related to cemetery and funeral profession.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time independently and daily prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with churches, civic groups, veteran organizations, hospice partners, senior living communities, and other local organizations.
• Schedule and conduct educational preplanning seminars.
• Guide families through personalized preplanning and product presentations.
• Provide professional and welcoming park tours.
• Prospect daily through multiple channels (seminars, web leads, file reviews, events, community outreach).
• Schedule 10-12 qualified pre-need appointments per week and track activity in CRM.
• Respond to phone inquiries and follow up professionally.
• Maintain accurate contract paperwork and documentation.
• Track performance metrics and refine approach.
• Stay current on veteran benefits, Social Security benefits, and end-of-life planning considerations.
• Deliver exceptional service with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Participate in ongoing training with sales and regional leadership.
