Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree completed or expected within one year.
• Strong academic standing.
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and commitment to scheduled work hours.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Interest in direct patient care and learning within a specialty medical environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for clinic travel.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous work experience.
• Preferred: Medical Assistant certification.
• Preferred: Experience using Epic or another EHR.

Aufgaben

• Rooming and preparing patients: escort to exam rooms, record vital signs, review meds and allergies.
• Injection administration under provider direction.
• Patient education: distribute materials and explain care instructions.
• Medication refill support: process refill requests and authorizations.
• Patient check-in & registration support: greet and assist at front desk.
• Telephone & scheduling backup: support lines, scheduling, and chart prep.
• Faxing, scanning, and document management with EHR coordination.
• Other duties as assigned.
