Keches Law Group is seeking a highly motivated Pre-Litigation Support Manager to join our Philadelphia office. The role focuses on assisting and driving negotiations and case management to maximize client settlements within practical timeframes, while delivering excellent customer service.
The candidate will review case records, analyze evidence for settlement, draft demand letters, negotiate with adjusters, and maintain strong client communication across multiple ongoing cases.

We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Litigation Support Manager to join our team.
The mission of the Pre-Litigation Support Manager is to assist and drive negotiations and case management to get clients the maximum payout for their cases within practicable timeframes, while maintaining a reasonable allocation of time to meet case load demands, as well as providing excellent customer service that keep our clients happy and satisfied.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
