We are currently on the hunt for a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Pre Litigation PI Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual who possesses a deep understanding of personal injury laws, excellent research skills, and a knack for managing complex cases. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing pre-litigation processes. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of pre-litigation processes for personal injury cases, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to gather all necessary information and documentation for each case.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including demand letters, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in each case.
• Keep clients informed of the progress of their case, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Work closely with attorneys to develop legal strategies and prepare for potential litigation.
• Maintain organized case files, and ensure all information is kept up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Stay current with the latest developments in personal injury laws, and apply this knowledge to your work.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pre Litigation PI Paralegal or in a similar role.
• Proficient in preparing and drafting legal documents, including demand letters.
• Excellent research and investigative skills.
• Strong understanding of personal injury laws and pre-litigation processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work well under pressure.
• High level of organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing pre-litigation processes in personal injury cases.
