Responsibilities

Oversee and manage a team of case managers to ensure efficient handling of personal injury cases.
Focus on ensuring clients are receiving appropriate and timely medical treatment.
Directly handle settlement negotiations for high-value cases, aiming for favorable outcomes.
Review medical records and communicate with clients to ensure ongoing care and document treatment progress.
Collaborate with insurance companies, physicians, healthcare providers, and other involved parties to negotiate settlements.
Monitor case timelines, ensuring pre-litigation processes progress smoothly.
Provide guidance to case managers in gathering medical records and aligning treatment with case needs.
Assess cases for settlement readiness and strategize on settlement approaches.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for pre-litigation handling.
