Job description

Overview

A growing plaintiff's personal injury firm in the midst of a nationwide expansion is seeking their first Pre-Litigation Attorney for their LA office. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) temporary role expected to be multiple months in duration. Work is 100% remote and candidates can be anywhere in CA.

The firm has private investment backing, a proven marketing model and established offices elsewhere in the country. You will be part of a fast-paced team environment and will receive all the support needed to properly prepare each case for settlement or hand-off to the litigation team.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a fast-paced team environment and receive support to properly prepare each case for settlement or hand-off to the litigation team.
• Work with a dedicated pre-litigation team assisting with all cases, including intake assistants, paralegals, medical records specialists, lien specialists, negotiators, and staff specialized in documenting the closure of settled cases.
• Actively manage numerous cases and team members while developing your skills and contributing to client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in California
• Over 4 years of practice experience, and at least 1 year of recent personal injury experience

• Salary: $75 - $125 per hour
• Shift: First
• Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
