Dashevsky Horwitz Kuhn Novello & Sh is seeking a Pre-Litigation Paralegal familiar with Pennsylvania and New Jersey practices to support attorneys in early case development.

The role involves client communications, gathering evidence such as medical records and police reports, organizing files, and ensuring a smooth transition into litigation when needed. Experience in plaintiff's personal injury is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct client intake interviews and maintain regular communication.
• Gather, organize and analyze medical records, police reports and other evidence.
• Maintain case management systems and track deadlines.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and medical providers.
• Assist attorneys in preparing cases for settlement negotiations.
• Draft correspondence.
